Diamond Diagnostics was established in 1996, to offer small to mid-sized laboratories
a truly reliable and cost effective alternative to new instrumentation offered by the
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

During this time, used and reconditioned instruments were available but customers
were demanding a higher level of quality, lower prices, prompt delivery and more
reliable after sales support!

In attempt to meet customer expectations and lay down a solid foundation to later build upon, we made a commitment to:

1. remain focused on instrumentation which performed only blood analysis.
2. acquire and maintain a massive inventory of instrumentation and spare parts.
3. set quality standards to meet OEM specifications.
4. apply FDA manufacturing and ISO quality procedures to every step of our refurbishing process.
5. teach the fundamentals of customer service excellence to every employee in every department.

Eleven years later, Diamond has established a strong position in the market by placing more than 7500 instruments
worldwide and forming a special division for the development and manufacture of over 600 products.

We are grateful for this success and have learned from it a greater purpose.  We at Diamond stress the sanctity of life and the importance to restore hope back into the lives of suffering children, teens and adults who have been victimized by an onslaught
of abuse, neglect, abandonment, divorce, drug addiction and so on.  Through Focus on the Family, Teen Challenge, and Compassion, we are effectively combating these issues.
