Diamond Diagnostics is a vertically integrated refurbishing company specializing in Blood Gas, Electrolyte, Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology and Coagulation. We are recognized as the largest volume, high quality refurbishing facility in the United States.

A procedure is customized for each model of instrumentation in accordance with ISO and cGMP compliance:
  Decontamination and full disassembly of each system.
  Outer covers, chassis and most internal surfaces are completely stripped, sand blasted, primed and painted
with 3 part compound,color-matched paint.
  All original logos and signage are replaced in original appearance.
  Tubing, fittings, reagent lines, waste assembly, syringes, seals, check valves, probes and similar items are
  exchanged with new components.
  Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic assemblies are reviewed, rebuilt or replaced.
  System is then completely reassembled in accordance to protocol and established specifications.
  Diagnostics are performed and system is tested with calibrator materials to ensure proper functionality.
  After calibration, systems are tested with controls for consecutive and concurrent passes on quality controls
on pre-specified parameters.
  The system is checked for power stability, software revisions and other upgrades.
  System is properly drained, protected and prepared for storage.
  Systems are supplied with the required peripherals for proper operation along with quality control results, and
warranty documentation.
  All systems are professionally crated with heat-treated and non-coniferous wood.
  General consumables for systems are not supplied standard, but may be purchased along with any system.

All systems with Diamond receive a standard 180 day warranty for the replacement of defective parts.  Extended
warranty periods are available for purchase along with options for installations within the United States and Canada.
We are affiliated with a large network of service providers in nearly 80 countries which can provide service on Diamond systems. We maintain full-time dedicated staff to the after-sales support of instrumentation. Our Technical Service Department is able to quickly and effective process warranty claims and assist authorized field service personnel
where possible.
